Orders s(h)ip all day every day minus weekends and public holidays (them planes need some rest too eh!). Most order's are processed and out of the door in 2-3 business days and then they get on an amazing thing that mankind created...the shipping network. Depending on where you are on the network (anyone off the grid yet?), and the kind of shipping option you selected - you'll have the product in 4-12 days! And ofcourse, you did not type your address wrong... Did ya..Please dont!

Do we offer international shipping? Yes, Sailor! We ship out the awesomeness from one of the fulfillment centers near you to ensure it gets to you piping quick.

Add as many products as you'd like and shipping will be capped at $6.99 for North America.. until it becomes FREE! Yes, its free for orders over $75. Well, yes amazon offers free shipping and shabang BUT amazon also kinda sucks charging for that free shipping via prime fee, no? We aint shady so below is the pricing list for shipping globally! You can also see this on checkout for your order when you enter your address!

Aiyoo, trouble maker there! Let's still help you - the best way to change your order is shoot an email immediately to cup@chadicha.com and we'll try our best to accomodate the change. If an order has been processed, shipped, or chaa has been sipped in it (ha! the pun) we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Returns
If you are deciding to return the products, that means we were not able to delight you so we would like to make it right and understand what went wrong as well.

Please send us an email with the order details at cup@chadicha.com within 14 days and we'll co-ordinate the return with you. As you'd deem fair, we can not accept returns on opened/used products and custom orders.

You will be responsible for arraging and paying for shipping to return the item and shipping costs (small company woes) are non-refundable.

Please do email us prior to sending the return, as we wont be able to accept unprocessed returns!

Our focus and hope is to send an awesome product so you don't even have to look up this FAQ... but shit happens and we apologize for it!
