We get these questions often so we compiled the answers here, but if you have a questions that is not answered here please do reach out to us at cup@chadicha.com. We love to have a chat with our customers, and even more so over a cha!

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. You can also pay with wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery for online orders.

Returns

If you are deciding to return the products, that means we were not able to delight you so we would like to make it right and understand what went wrong as well.

Please send us an email with the order details at cup@chadicha.com within 14 days and we'll co-ordinate the return with you. As you'd deem fair, we can not accept returns on opened/used products and custom orders. 

You will be responsible for arraging and paying for shipping to return the item and shipping costs (small company woes) are non-refundable. 

Please do email us prior to sending the return, as we wont be able to accept unprocessed returns! 

Our focus and hope is to send an awesome product so you don't even have to look up this FAQ... but shit happens and we apologize for it!

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately (we dont deserve to keep that money...sob sob). All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account (cha-ching).

Aiyoo, trouble maker there! Let's still help you - the best way to change your order is shoot an email immediately to cup@chadicha.com and we'll try our best to accomodate the change. If an order has been processed, shipped, or chaa has been sipped in it (ha! the pun) we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Before the chaa is ready.... !!! Most order's are processed and out of the door in 2-3 business days and then they get on an amazing thing that manking created...the shipping network. Depending on where you are on the network (anyone off the grid yet?), and the kind of shipping option you selected - you'll have the product in 2-7 days! And ofcourse, you did not type your address wrong... Did ya..Please dont! 

Eeek - damn the shipping network, and we really hope you are not being naughty by living off the grid or having typed your address wrong. But let's talk and we'll figure out what went wrong and set it right - cup@chadicha.com!
